30+ years across the global copper and resources sector. As Founder and CEO of Lighthouse Minerals, led the rebuild, commissioning and operation of the mothballed Gunpowder mine — now Capricorn Copper, part of ASX-listed 29 Metals. Direct experience taking a copper asset back into production.
Earlier operational and commercial roles with BHP Billiton across Minerals Exploration, Carbon Steel Materials and the Norwich Park mine. Hands-on experience spanning exploration, development, commissioning and steady-state mine operation.

20+ years of global commercial and financial management experience, with various key executive roles with ASX- London and TSX-listed companies within the resources sector.
Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in IPOs and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

25+ years of experience covering mineral exploration, underground and open-pit mine operations, economic geology and resource estimation, including due diligence and mineral audits.
Trevor’s CV includes operational and management roles at major organisations including Harmony SE Asia, OZ Minerals, BHP, Rio Tinto, MMG and AngloGold, and he has operated in Australia, North America and Asia, including New Guinea and Mongolia.
His commodity expertise covers base and precious metals and industrial minerals. He qualifies as a Competent Person for these commodities under the guidelines of the JORC Code and other international reporting codes.
